Thanks to host HobbytownUSA Dallas, sixteen hobbyists met in the climactic Combat Patrol Tournament of the third North Texas Games Workshop Hobby Weekend (and we could easily have exceeded twenty if we'd had the tables)! Comic Asylum hosts 40K and Fantasy Tournaments!

Comic Asylum in Garland has announced two upcoming Games Workshop tournaments--one each for Warhammer Fantasy Battles and Warhammer 40,000!

The 40K Tourney is set for March 7, 2009. This 1500 point, standard Force Organization event will kick off at 10am for three rounds of action; event registration fee is $15, with prizes of a $90 Battleforce for First Place, a $40 box for Second and a $20 box or blister for Third (chosen from stock on hand).

The WHFB Tourney follows on April 4, 2009. This 2250 point, standard Army Composition event will also kick off at 10am, with the same registration fee of $15; prizes will be a $90 Battalion box for First Place, a $40 box for Second and a $20 box or blister for Third (chosen from stock on hand).
